Tampa - Going To Appointments

Kaylan Haight
Posted

Hi everyone,

So, when it comes to seeing the property in person initially.. I'm a little nervous to do this mostly for the sake of my safety. Is there another way I can go about this in a cost effective way and is it necessary for me to physically go there? And are there occasions where appointments aren't required given that there's enough photos provided?

I'm 100% willing to put in the work, but would definitely like to approach it in a way that I feel is safest for me.

Your feedback is always appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Kaylan,
The National Association of Realtors has a ton of information on safety. You can read this even if you are not an agent. Most of it will apply when wholesaling as well. www.nar.realtor/safety
