Hello BP Nation,

I'm Max and am from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. First, I wanna thanks Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner for their awesome podcast, which is how I discovered BP. It seems like an amazing community so I decided to give it a try.

I'm new at real estate investing and I'm still trying to figure out my plan to first, get started, and then, continue building my portfolio. I have been thinking, reading and learning about real estate on and off for the past year and a half but I finally get to start this April. I will have a bit of money and the possibility to get a mortgage (with my dad as a passive partner for now).

So, hoping for this to be a long and prosperous relationship with the BP forum users, hello to you all
