Hello Investors, Does anyone have a good source for a company or person to hire that can help manage incoming leads, such as checking for motivation, scheduling appointments and things of this nature, 1 first point of contact after a lead comes in from direct mail, website, or cold calling company who has generated a lead?

And if I can, could I potentially get my money back that I used to buy the property AND THEN SOME assuming I can generate enough forced appreciation with renovations?

@Tyler MartinYou shouldn't feel stress working with a professional - especially if you are paying $$ for the services.If your tax profile includes real estate(buy and hold, fix and flips or wholesaling) you may benefit from interviewing a couple accountant's on this website.

They buy properties that don't generate income but bank on appreciation to pay it back. 

Many web sites for that.
