This question is asked frequently, but I'm wondering if the same applies when it comes to having student loans under income based repayment when you work in public service.

I️ still flip and have rental properties in the Philly area, so I️’m in town frequently.

Im currently buying in the savannah area, but atlanta area would work as well, as I travel there frequently.  

The most frequent are: U.K., Canada, Australia, Canada and Mexico. 

Service is spotty, frequent outages.

All of which are frequented by Millennials and young professionals. 

I frequently here that the plans you get online though don't have enough information to actually get a permit from cities (that probably depends on what your jurisdiciton requires)  In my area most people opt to go with a drafter.  

However, Springs does make for a fantastic rental market as we have a strong military presence that frequently would prefer to rent over own to avoid the situation you were previously in.

It would nearly pay off my entire credit card debt - or - it would be almost an entire down payment on a rental property in Raleigh, NC, which I visit frequently for family.

I have an associate who is not a frequent BP poster but I met him and his wife on BP and have met him in their hometown and had lunch with them..
