In situations with lower ceilings you could use a ceiling, wall or floor cassette or, if you have freedom for the flex ducts (say in an attic), a mini air-handler.

If everyone is on a month-to-month you obviously have a the freedom to begin repositioning the property much sooner!

I don’t know if you’ve dealt with tenants before or have landlording experience but they did say that tenants are the life blood of your financial freedom and to take care of them if they’re taking care of you.  

I am currently in the automotive industry as a sales consultant for Lexus and have the dream of financial freedom!

Financial freedom? 

We have paid off most of our debt, have good credit, and have cash to start our Financial Freedom journey.
