A foreigner's Ballad

Hello BP members!

A quick introduction,
My name is Yaron, i'm 23 years old, just finished my service in the army.
I'm an investor from Israel with the goal of having 15k$ in income from rental properties.
Why USA? the market in Israel is very expensive and the ROI there isn't worth it.

First thing first, just closed on my first rental property in USA and it only made more hungry than ever.

As a foreigner investor i have many issues that i stumble upon , but, i'm sure that the people here have creative ideas and experience that can help me overcome those obstacles.

Just the few questions that are in mind now:

1. Opening a bank account in USA while being a foreigner (is being an investor-owing real estate in USA- have any influence here?) .
2. Financing.
* Is it possible to get traditional loans from the banks in america while being a foreigner?
* Refinancing- through banks and private lenders, is it possible and if so what is the process?
3. Are there any apps, tools, tricks for better managing your out-of-state portfolio?

Besides that, any sources of information that you BP members know or that can direct me to, i would be more than happy.
Would love to network, if you know other out-of-state investors like me, or that you deal with out-of-state investors, or that you are one yourself, i would love to chat and learn.

Thank you all.
Yaron.
