There are some websites, such as Trulia, I believe, that gives a crime score, but I prefer the boots on the ground approach. 

When I transferred my license from MS to DC, I used the website www.nightbeforetheexam.com and I liked it.  

Just make sure you leave on your voice mail for those leads to check out your REI website also to learn more about you and the services you offer.

Some cities will have a pdf for you to fill out but I couldn't find one on the Muskegon website. 

I just know that their website is very misleading.  

If the building owner LLC (lower tax bracket) is receiving "income" from a tenant LLC (higher tax bracket) who claims it as an "expense", then he is using this false relationship to artificially transfer the rent amount from a higher bracket taxable income to a lower bracket taxable income.I'm no accountant, but I also thought LLC's had pass-through taxation so I could be completely wrong.I don't know if he is presenting significantly misleading information though.

I did a lot of business start up research over those years and drove my husband nuts with ideas from Herbalife to website development. 

Right now I dont wont them to call people but I know that some of them specialize in lead generation, but I don't want the  to go to CL and just get me names and numbers bc once I had them get some information about buyers and the leads was crap.I know that not every lead is gold but I would like for all of them not to be junk.I dont wont them to cut and paste from then newspaper or web sites.

Also, Are there any web sites that can help me determine if a area is a good or bad Neighborhood?
