I am starting this discussion to see where you guys have found better conversion rates. Obviously they both have pros and cons. But when it comes to getting the seller to make the call, which has work best for you?

@Kevin Ramirez Nieto Hand written sign works 10x better than pre made sign. Plus you can get a little creative with it also. Just make sure you leave on your voice mail for those leads to check out your REI website also to learn more about you and the services you offer.
