Come to find out today that the underwriter denied mortgage because their guidelines state gifts can't be used for investment properties which the mortgage officer should've known.

Today I went back to the apartment to check up on things and I noticed that the pay or quit notice that I put on a door had been removed so I know someone has been there inside but I do not know if it was him or maybe a friend of his that has access to the apartment.

I was there today and spent the rest of the day showing  @Rich McElaney  and two others some of my properties Regarding neighborhood, in Baltimore, that is one of the toughest questions to answer.
