I think a lot of "street level" operators could do very well as the "eyes and ears" of institutional capital, making it run more efficiently than it would on its own.

Can we see more pictures... i would like to see what the issues are and what you think could have fixed it as perhaps new eyes on it may be able to get a creative way to dress things up to make it more appealing?
