Avon and Brownsburg are developing quickly.

I studied architecture in college, and now work for a builder/developer in Nashville, and recently started my real estate investing career.I purchased my first home on the outskirts of Nashville with the thought that I could "house hack" by renting it out on AirBnB.

I have someone I can recommend that has built fences for our properties and do a lot of work on our flips and developments.

There was a fair amount of gang activity there which caused quite a bit of trouble for a lot of the developers there initially but once they started hiring a lot of them and getting them off the streets, the resistance has improved a fair amount.

I ultimately would like to be a successful real estate investor and to create my own development company if opportunity allows for it.

Example:If i finance say 100 acres to do a subdivision. Survey, road, utilities, etc. Once i start selling lots, how can I deliver free and clear deed on a lot if i have the property as a whole financed. Is there a ce...

I'm actually planning to make my money in 4-5 years, when developers are wanting the whole assemblage. 

If your worrying about the closing costs a rehab flip might not be ideal for your situation.
