Wholesaler vs Realestate Agent
Hi I'm just starting my realestate career and thought it would be good to begin as a wholesaler or a realestate agent. Would it be advisable to link up with an experienced wholesaler now and work on a few deals or should I focus more on my realestate license and work for a sales company to learn the market. I like to dedicated my time the most effective way possible. I ultimately would like to be a successful real estate investor and to create my own development company if opportunity allows for it.
