I have not spent a significant amount of time in either state, but being warm and having cheaper costs of living relative to where I live are very appealing.If I transfer departments at my place of employment I shouldn’t have a problem living anywhere in the continental U.S. so I’ll still have a decent income (higher 5 figures).

You don’t want them to disclose the murder to a potential buyer so you need to warm up the neighbors and ultimately letting them know it will be a different property after the renovations.

My concrete guy for example instead of pouring the new parking pad and sidewalk in November in relatively good weather, waited until January and then we got lucky with a “warm” 40 degree string of dry days he could pour.
