Total newbie from San Antonio

Hello! My name is Mikk Phillips. I’m brand new to the REI world. Attended one of those Fortune Builders events recently and while doing research, discovered Bigger Pockets. Holy wow there’s a ton of information here! But I’ve been around long enough to know that book learning and physically learning are totally different. I’m looking forward to learning from BP, the folks on BP, and trying to find local meetings and learn there too.

We actually have 2 REIAs here in town, Alamo City and San Antonio. And when you have questions or need help, there’s a good pool of local experience here on BP you can reach out to as well. :)
