Just passing by to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Walter and I’m new to RE investing but have 20+ years in community organizing and public policy advocacy. Looking to transfer my skills of canvassing, lobbying, and identifying a person’s self-interest to building a rental property portfolio of multi-family homes.
