after a heading, having margins top, bottom and sides, have a signature line for both parties, then an assignment below that, you might get 5 or 6 sentences for the agreements.All any contract does is it gets the parties to a point where they perform, I've had one paragraph types with legal descriptions attached just to give to a closing agent as they must have one, we were both motivated to do the deal so a contract was nothing but a formality for settlement.

As to why I couldn’t rent it before, it was in the family but the legal description was screwed up and showed the parcel as landlocked; in ’08, I figured it out, had it re-surveyed and located the previously missing easement.I’m glad you asked those questions: It wasn’t the LA rentals I had the problem with.

Your description of garbage plus coffee grounds sounds/smells less like any kind of sewer vent or standing water issue....and more like something decomposing.
