I can't find much info on the purchasing entity other than it's a publicly traded corporation conducting business in real estate investment.  

Both corporations have the same address in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Yes, they can advise on structure but I would suggest talking to a strong corporate structure attorney and have them collaborate with the CAP to come up with the best structure for you -IMHO.For me, I have a S corp as the parent and several LLC's under that.

You could explore with your respective accountants creating a holding corporate structure that would take title to, control, and manage the portfolio.

Never finance long term assets with short term financing, that's a basic rule in corporate finance or business finance.
