How to negotiate lease with large corporation?
So recently bought a building with 2 tenants inside with leases ending toward December. One is just a mom and pop store so I know I can just walk over to them and talk with the owner. However the other is a large rental car agency, who would I talk to and negogiagte lease rates with exactly? The store manager? Parent company?

Yes, if you've never done this before, best to have a experienced broker negotiate and renew the leases on your behalf. You have to pay for their services, but it's better to get it done right.
