@Justin Stamper I'm sure everyone can figure out how to park in downtown, but there are other areas of Orlando that are easier to access.But in case they cant, do you want to be a guest speaker and teach people how to park in downtown?

No splits, profit shares, etc.It keeps it clean and simple and keeps you in full control of the investment.I think payments being paid on performance / profit splits can lead to tension in the family and limit your control in a deal.For instance, if you were going to sell for a loss, and your parents disagreed, or vice versa.

If you find a private lender that is willing to do a short term note for a 75 LTV then it makes the conventional refi much easier with a better rate as it will be a rate and term refi versus a cash-out with them.

The dust wipes are easier to pass since you can have lead paint in the house but as long as there isn't a high reading of lead dust you will pass.

From a usability standpoint, when it's on the bottom, it's easier to miss it and more difficult to use.Thanks for fixing it so quickly!
