Anyone experienced with canine liability insurance policies?

Have a tenant in place with a rottweiler (they put "mixed" on the application and my property manager never met the dog like I always did). Instead of forcing eviction due to the dog or not renewing lease when it ends in 3 months, I'm considering offering the tenant the option to purchase a canine liability insurance policy. I've since personally met the dog, and it is very well trained and not aggressive. I wouldn't have an issue except my insurance has breed restrictions. Wondering if anyone has experience with canine liability insurance policies as it could save me from a turnover, keep good tenants (except for their lying on the application about the rottweiler, of course) and would be a good option to offer future tenants as well. Also, recommendations on any companies offering this service in North Carolina would be appreciated.
