It is in the Travis county and in Austin city limits but it is 35 min away from downtown.

I'm a beginner in the flipping business and my aspirations is to rebuild blighted in Chicago neighborhoods and abroad.

Adding things like granite or hardwood won't add much value in these neighborhoods.

Reason being is their market maybe overpriced or low rental rates or what not or maybe people don't want to go put in all the work, time and money to find fix and rehab a property as there's more to it then most can even think of. here locally you need a c of o inspection and lead test passed by the city.

each lot is unique and each city is unique... until you have a house plan.. and an engineered foundation that is approved by the city  and that is put out to bid.. there is no way to know exactly what your build costs would be other than to spit ball .... and really depends on the soil stability to start with

It was actually a life saver during some difficult times.There are people who are against homesharing and they "say" it is illegal, however what I've heard from the city is that it is illegal for landlords to do it and illegal for it to be done in RSOs.

Probably used him 3-4 times, and this was a referral. 1 closing we had, he didn't catch the tax rate was too low, and we had to pay the city out of pocket.
