I think as long as you are honest about what you know and what you don't know, and have a good energy, the people you meet will respect you.Also, I don't believe that I need to get something out of every single interaction I have with people in the industry (or life in general).

On the flip side: Everybody who IS NOT in the business has given nothing but negative energy.

I personally try to minimize lawns because they are labor, water, and energy intensive, but thats up to you.

The amount of time it would take to get 15 people to agree on what pizza topping to get would eat up more time and energy than it would be worth (IMO of course).

I think it is worth taking a peak at in early to mid-April but probably not something to count on or focus too much energy on in the mean time.
