I basically have no idea who to use and am looking for suggestions/anyone who has worked with them before (or another lender with a similar requirement).

Hi,I have tenants that are ignoring the no smoking addendum in their lease and smoking both weed and cigarettes in their unit daily.

We agreed on a purchase price of 105,000, got all agreements signed, but no mention of rent increase, or warehouse money in the agreements (shame on me, shame on them).The leases came due between me viewing the property 6/1 and accepted purchase agreement 6/26, I saw the updated leases when the lender was wanting them, and noticed the brothers lease stayed at 700 while the other was bumped to $800.

I know of no other real estate training organization has a track record like that.

When I did it correctly, they denied the transaction and informed me that my TAX ID and account is no longer authorized to use Melio, with NO EXPLANATION.

I believe the biggest obstacle you will face is the need to rely on a 3rd party builder for a 4 unit building.

**Rant Alert**I HATE showing a property for sale or lease when the current tenants have NO IDEA I'm coming.
