What had been removed was the range, the living room ceiling light, the bathroom sink and faucet, all the light bulbs out of the ceiling fan, etc etc.

Essentially, I have been using QuickBooks for expenses and overarching record keeping, and excel to keep track of the breakdown of the categorical/long term expenses (or allocations from rental income towards long-term expenses).

Improved every room, upgraded all, added downstairs bathroom and upstairs laundry.

Essentially that are trying to start the bidding war before it hits the market.
