My first request to those listening: is there a recommended software package that will streamline the creation of wholesale packets to present to rehabbers and investors?

Welcome Jesse, I don't know much about computers, I was born before 1969 when kids were born with a techno gene, but I know a little about RE, not sure what can be automated, but maybe you're the man that can invent the artificial intelligence software that can get that done.....someday

I didn't some computer modeling at the time (this was before there was software for this type of stuff) and the results of Kelly-based strategies far-outweighed any other betting strategies for large volume betting with small positive expectation.
