I do all repairs and management myself so I can generally complete these tasks with very little money.  

This is the most time consuming task.

Underwriting is just a very time consuming task and something I am looking to delegate for at least the first draft so that I can come in and just do tweaks.

I think one of the important tasks with wholesaling is identifying the buyer and this could be by driving for $, direct mailing (yellow letters), etc.

So I'm off to get all the partners huddled around the business plan, assign someone the task of looking for and evaluating properties. . .

When companies can't complete the one simple task they advertise, then something is wrong.

Then next year 2017 we will report the house sold in 2016 and start the fun task of adding another income stream to our tax reporting?  

Being an out of State owner is not an easy task and having the peace of mind that someone professional is handling your property it would take away the stress from finding solutions or vendors last minute that will only frustrate you and your tenants.

@Luke Carl should I try to go for the bigger size models to make sure all laundry is done in timely manner while the cleaner is working on the rest of the tasks ?

In my opinion, AI will take over most of the time-consuming tasks that are required of professionals in most career fields, leaving the more human-facing aspects to the people to handle.
