Income and expenses are tracked in accounting software or in spreadsheets, not by having multiple bank accounts (with multiple sets of banking fees). 

I was wondering if there is a software I can use to combine all these websites on one sole server and work from there?

I am currently a Software Consultant with an experience of 3+ years in the industry, if there is anything that I can bring value to you that is tech/software related I would be more than happy to help. 

However, it’s not time intensive to use google maps or other acquisition softwares.

It was very difficult to get it corrected and an answer from Apartments.com, but they admitted that it was their fault after a software upgrade. 

Most software allows you to send out mass emails or texts so you can keep people interested/on board until it is ready and then you have a nice group of folks that are interested on day 1. 

They are scammers trying to sell a course or software that's not legit.
