Investing from far in the VA Beach area (Rookie Investor)
Greetings All,
I can't describe how excited I am to join this great community. I currently live in western Maryland and have given up on the idea of investing anywhere close to where I live due to the super high priced real estate. Before I even list my questions I wanted to introduce myself. I am currently a Software Consultant with an experience of 3+ years in the industry, if there is anything that I can bring value to you that is tech/software related I would be more than happy to help.
The following questions I have regarding investing VA beach are:
1) Is it possible to invest from far when you have no prior experience owning a rental property?
2) Where should I start from?
3) What are some safe and affordable areas of VA beach as I have a budget of 165k or less? (Currently in the process of saving on the 20% down payment)
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Best,
Navraj
