The steps I am thinking to take for planning, designing and construction are:Hire an appraiser to appraise the property for best and optimum use, and for potential rental/sell returns.Hire engineer/architect for plan preparation and approval by the county and my help in selecting builders or (GC) and submission of project plan to loan agencies.Select and hire builders or GC.I need information books and articles to review, spreadsheet software that are useful and for general strategies to follow.Thank you,

Hi,Is there a good software to track multiple houses regarding upgrades, expenses, etc?

My girlfriend is the Accountant for the County at the main library and she is having a nervous breakdown because the $100,000,000 Oracle software program that the City and County of Tampa decided to buy to run all the business here in Tampa, does not work and has no guarantee or IT support provided by Oracle.

The flat overhead costs (compliance, software, compliance, processing, compliance, office space, compliance, compliance, compliance, and did I mention compliance?) 

I am shopping for the right accounting software, have read all the posts on BP related to it and have PM'ed a few members. 

Can anyone suggest a software to do this?

In doing searches online I came across this "phenomenal" software offered by Kent Clothier that is supposed to give you ALL the info on vacant home in your area and info on people ready to wholesale their properties.
