Hey,

I recently been using QuickBooks for my rental properties, but I still don't really see a big need for it? Will using QB be beneficial for my business? Someone told me It will help me get Business loans in the future? I understands Its good for reports and financial statements but is this a need at my stage in my rental business?

Thank for you advice

I would highly recommend that you consider using a program like Xero. I love it. You need to understand how to use their class and job functions extensively.  If you want to do it yourself I recommend having your accountant review it regularly.
