Once I have this list of addresses, how do I find the owners, when most of their addresses won't match the property I'm searching for? 

Hello all,I am currently in the search for a multi family investment property in Atlanta, GA and have just gotten pre-approved by my own bank (Bank of America) and a few other big lenders.

But they only travel laterally 3 feet to search for food, typically.

Generally, Realtors rely on title insurance companies to search title history.

My goal is to begin searching for my next property in November and hopefully close on it by the end of the year.Goals for the future is to have enough income from my properties to be able to leave my job in the next few years.
