Hi BP fam! I'm curious about how folks in the community found and decided on their Real Estate Agent to help them with their investment portfolio. Did you go with the first one you found online? Or was it purely based on a recommendation or referral? Was it just a simple Google search? What criteria did you use? Was it just based on their reviews and testimonials? Did you formally interview your agent, if so what questions did you ask?
