I'm currently in Seattle but looking to purchase a mini storage facility + warehouse near St.

I am open to either of the 3 messages I alluded to above, as well as storage units and the like.

In my experience, self-storage, office, development, and retail syndications may not give you a comparable amount of bonus depreciation in year 1 compared with multifamily.

If you use regular corrugated sheets, the house will look like a big storage shed IMO.That being said, I can't believe it would reduce the value of your home.

* Turn key parks don't often give us much to work with and it's hard to get the math to work to pay investors back* If we can't create value by the 3 above, is there another obvious growth area (mini storage?)?
