At the meetings collect info, ideas and conversations with everyone.Lowell has some interesting opportunities esp with Niche Housing with the University rents 2-4 times more.Check out zillow.com for deals note the ones as new listings without an MLS number are not on MLS.

Also highly recommend Frank Rolfe and the Mobile Home University Program; they have a really good model.Many parks can be purchased using owner financing.
