Moving From Atlanta to Baltimore/Washington

Hey folks,

Most of your probably don't care, but because I've communicated with a lot of BP folks from the Atlanta area over the years, I wanted to let everyone know that come next week, I won't be an Atlanta resident any more. The family and I will be relocating to the Baltimore/Washington area in the next couple months (as soon as we find or build a house).

It will probably take us a couple months to figure out exactly where we'll be living, and in the meantime, we'll be traveling around the country, taking care of work stuff and visiting family and friends (including stints back in Atlanta and up in Maryland).

We'll still be doing deals in Atlanta, and will likely be adding the Baltimore/Washington area to our list of farm areas. To my Atlanta friends and colleagues, I wanted to say thank you for everything the past several years (and I'll still be around more often than you'd expect); and to my new Baltimore/Washington colleagues, I look forward to getting to know you all.

Due to the upcoming move, I may not be as active on BP over the next several weeks, but I look forward to getting back into the swing of things soon (and will still keep the New Construction thread updated!)...
