New to Real Estate and trying to find the best way to create leads and reach people about investment properties.

I normally advise that people start a business as a sole propeitor in their first year.If it is successful and something you want to continue, then have a conversation regarding entities.

These are often people making 600k to millions a year or higher in income but live 100k to maybe 200k lifestyles and invest the rest.4.

It’s great to see people with an eagerness to grow in real estate wholesaling.

Also to network and learn from like minded people.

You're one of the most experienced people on this forum, and maybe you've seen this one too many times... but if this is not the way then what is?

Some people ar enot so smart.But as @Nathan Gesner and others said, get rid of him anyway.

I've recently been successful just letting people out of the lease. 

As I've been doing more and more deals over the years, and gaining more and more experience I been having people reach out about how they can invest with me on future deals whether it be Buy & Hold or Flipping.
