I would like to start investing in triplexes in Orange County, NY - preferably Woodbury Village, Highland Falls, Cornwall or Highland Hills.

Likewise, Google has announced a Google Village plan to create 20,000 (40% of Amzn hq2 head count) for a  new local  developer jobs, AI, machine learning etc.

I would say its next up from East English village.

People don't care and don't take care of the areas or their houses.Some Downtown areas, English Village, and another area I can't think of right now are still good areas to invest in.
