Your thoughts Morningside Detroit ?

Micro market Detroit can be hot and then prohibitively cold only a few blocks away. What are your thoughts on Morningside, in general ?

 Morningside is Great and on the up and up! When you drive through the neighborhoods it’s nice to see dumpsters and rehabs on every block which is also starting to diversify the neighborhoods. 

Morningside has also recently taken initiative as a community to cleanup and revatalize the areas within and small Parks etc. 

The Detroit Demoliton Contractor’s have also just recently demolished and are still  demolishing any blight that remains in those areas.
