The seller agent is quite unpleasant type, I see how he misleads me, bluffs, deflects questions, he multiple times told that he will not help us with anything, and when I asked about any disclosures that he may have (for example , the basement is a mold garden with black mold visible) he just said that in Virginia disclosures are not required, listing says “as-is”.
