The region offers promising returns, especially in areas like Kedungu, Tabanan, which is undergoing significant development and is just 15 minutes from Canggu

Simple enough.What makes it unique is that we have operated a profitable and successful business out of our home for nearly 4 years as a highly booked Hostel and event space + potential urban market farm.

I’ve been learning about the industry / different regional markets for the past few years and am eager to execute my first deal in the near term and continue growing through this community.My primary goal is to purchase a property I can live in while generating rental income (e.g., a single-family home with a tiny house, a duplex, or a single-family property where I can install a tiny house).

There is always room to add another property and make a decent return, but it requires enough knowledge/experience to create a rental that is unique enough to attract renters away from the competition.

I'm getting comps on other rentals in the region from a real estate agent right now.

I would be aggressive with price drops and try unique things to make your property stand out.
