Try not to get overwhelmed as there’s a lot of information on BP and many avenues within real estate investing.When I was starting out, I was interested in so many strategies, but I discovered that I did my best when I focused on one or two and really built my knowledge around them.

My family made theirs in real estate (house hacking a private money funded 4 family when I was little) so two different philosophies.

You have to separate the two.

When I signed up, there were two different options: Lease, where they pay you fixed amount/mo and arbitrage the difference, and revenue share, where they take a management fee, pass on fixed costs.

Great point, there's also two different behaviors that can logically result from same estimates for future inflation: raise lending rates, OR buy hard assets.
