It is extremely exciting to see others want to be apart of the growing niche of investing in vacation rentals, especially in a market like Phoenix where we have no shortage of events ( Spring Training baseball games, Barret Jackson auction, The Phoenix Open, are just a few of the popular events that tourists flood Scottsdale in the Spring time).  

Much more demand in summer, but there is still a chance in winter due to the mountain, and tourists coming to ski/snowboard.

I think your absolutely right that’s why I asked because I don’t see ppl running up to Albany at all there is no economic stability besides the schools, and it’s sad that the governor hasn’t addressed this I think what would help the real estate market beside a big tech boost is the legalization of recreational  marijuana up there, give a reason for tourists investors ect to actually visit Albany it will boost the local economy give locals a chance a new business ventures and overall give the area some much needed exposure  

There are plenty of tourist sites which will give you a map of the entire Oregon coast and all the towns.My 2 favorite towns are Yachats ("Yah Hots") and Depot Bay.

In addition to the local market appeal of Manhattan being a major employment center, a destination frequented by tourists, and severely space-constrained, international investors (the Chinese in particular) like to hold NYC real estate as a place to park their money.

Sign shaking is popular here because it's Hawaii, you can't have signs cluttering up the view it'd drive away all those tourist dollars.

It's in a tourist area so I knew that the shoppers would come out looking for something to remember their trip by.

The city is developing really fast as a small tourist town.

It's a truly undervalued market especially in tourist destinations such as SF, Charleston, New York, or New Orleans.

The Japanese are a big percentage of our tourist and have been coming here for years.
