Hi Folks. I've got a possible investment opportunity in Munds Park, AZ. I'm interested to know more about the rental market in that area. Year round rental opportunity or more 3 season rental? Regardless, what is rent looking like in that area? Any Airbnb opportunities? Thanks in advance guys and gals.
