MD has some pretty tough laws regarding foreclosures and I was interested to know if anyone else out there has tackled short sales in MD and what advise they may have to offer.I have been impressed with the knowledge and responses that many people have to offer on this site and can't wait to post some stories of my future experiences for everyone to read.Thanks for any suggestions you may have.Jonathan

in my experience, the best way to build a buyer's list is to actually have deals. over the last few years, investors have been getting spammed with crap deals.

You can't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle a project.

If so, I'm unsure of how to tackle the accounting: just add everything up that I put into the property and subtract it from the sales proceeds?

For peter I saw the pricing for godaddy domain and it was like $10 I think and same for the email, I will make sure to update to a private account because I do not want to be spammed :) I also found another company called gotvmail and it looks awesome, whoever hasn't heard of it check it out

Dustin, I visited Credit Karma's website and it seems to good to be true, how long has it been since you joined, do they spam you to death.
