I did purchase some Phantom spray and a growth regulator and sprayed throughout.

Hey your clothes washer/ dishwasher / fridge, whatever you don’t have to fix is spraying water all over your floor.

If the water issue is fixable then you fix it, tear out the sheet rock and spray down with water/bleach mix, run a dehumidifier and replace sheet rock. 

If there isn’t much damage, you’ll just pay for a termite treatment ($750-$1500) where they will spray and inject stuff into the ground to take care of the active ones and keep new ones at bay for a while.

We bought deck wash at Lowe's which washed off with a garden hose and a spray nozzle so no possible damage using a pressure washer.

@Nate Miersma - you could also consider spraying kilz over everything and adding 1/4" sheetrock on top of the existing sheetrock.

Check for meth use (can of spray starch works I was told by a MH investor).

If it were me, I'd tell you to leave the limbs as they are, don't put any leaf on my yard, don't spray paint on any of my things, if you think a branch or even a wood chip would fall on my ground, find a way to catch it before it hits MY ground and MY airspace, I don't need you to fix anything, nor do i need the increase in value.

i have painted lots of cabinets and usually spray them with oil based paints out of an automotive type setup, to get a factory like finish, but no more!

We soaked the ceiling with one of those pump spayers that you might use for spraying weeds in your yard.
