HOW TO HANDLE A PROPERTY THAT HAS MOLD
THERES A FORECLOSED HOUSE IN MY AREA THATS BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR 313 DAYS THERES ABOUT 2 FT OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT THERES OBVIOUS MOLD PRESENT SEEEPING THROUGH THE DRY WALL IM HESITANT TO BUY THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE IM NOT WHAT TO DO IN A MOLD SITUATION. OTHERWISE THIS PROPERTY IS A GREAT LOCATION. SHOULD I GUT EVERYTHING? HOW MUCH DOES COST TO DO A MOLD REMEDIATION? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO ONE? BP HELP ME
