I have found that the rockstars that you are referred to by other investors do tend to be incredibly busy so are not necessarily that interested in giving a new investor their time.

Its a good time to flipping houses in the area but the only obstacle is to find good deals as housing prices have soared in the last few years.

Nashua prices are a bit higher being so close to MA, but so are the rents.
