How to build your first team: management, broker, attorney, etc..

Hello, I'm curious as to how everyone built out their team. I'm looking for a broker, attorney, and management company. I've been putting away capitol for quite some time and now ready to jump in the game. I'd like to find my team who's hungry, knowledgeable but not at the top of the price structure, folks who are willing to grow with me. How are you narrowing down your search? Any suggestions on where to start?
