I don't think either Southlake or Frisco are good rental markets. 

@Cosmo DePinto, I can provide further insight on behalf of my market.

You won't find one PM that hits all 3 markets as there is a pretty decent distance between the 3.

These will be markets where housing is affordable for both residents and owners.

At that point the buyer was so Leary of the numbers they backed out, then the seller didn't want to give back escrow.  

So seller did have a marketable title.

While Colorado's market can be challenging due to high prices, exploring suburbs like Colorado Springs or Pueblo, or even considering out-of-state markets in the Midwest or Southeast, can open up better cash flow opportunities.
