You may need to have paper involved every now and then for things like a Pay Or Quit notice, but you can scan and keep a digital copy.

Some basic info on the property:I had trouble posting pics to BP so I just threw a craigslist link up.

We have professional pics taken of our properties, throw a few on Craigslist along with key rental specs and details, and include a link to our Facebook page with many more photos and information. 

I put my pics with alt tags and watermark on the MLS, to get more traffic and internet presence...wellllllll my silly little humans... 

They can also leave comments and upload pics, all of which I can see from either my desktop or my own smartphone.This just scratches the surface of it's capability.

I called my guy, got him to scan over an invoice and then air bnb said too bad we don't accept this invoice.

Take this anecdotal evidence from a guy who hides his last name and has a cat as a profile pic and run with it.Good luck!

They day one of my tenants commented on my BP post was they day I decide to edit my pic and not provide my full name.

., they are doing bad job. would not go with them again. no receipt or pic taken. just charging up the account.
